By engaging with PaperBOT for AI development or consulting, you agree to the following terms.

1. Project Engagement

All work is performed on an iterative, milestone-based approach. Deliverables are defined in the architected roadmap during Phase 1 (Discovery).

2. Ownership of Deliverables

Upon final payment, the client retains full ownership of the codebase, data structures, and AI configurations developed specifically for their project.

3. Liability

While we build with the highest security and performance standards, PaperBOT is not liable for indirect damages resulting from AI model hallucinations or third-party API outages (e.g., OpenAI, Supabase).
